Sleep Packages
At The Sleep Spot, I keep things simple and clear.
My goal is to help you reach your sleep goals with a clear, actionable plan that feels supportive and realistic. I’ll work with you every step of the way, explaining how to address your current challenges and prepare for future sleep situations. I want to education you throughout the process, so you feel confident in managing sleep long after we’re done.
My sleep packages are designed for babies 16 weeks through children 5 years old. If you have a baby 0-3 months old, a consultation call is a great way to start learning about gentle, age-appropriate sleep foundations. I have worked with a lot of families with newborns to gently help encourage independent naps in a crib, be easier to transition into a bassinet at night, or help start building more predictable routines.
Every sleep package includes:
A comprehensive intake consultation
Personalized education on age-appropriate sleep patterns and the science behind sleep
An individualized sleep plan tailored to your child
A 60-minute meeting to review your sleep plan and make sure you feel comfortable and confident with next steps
A review of daily sleep logs with detailed feedback provided
Ongoing communication (email and phone) as needed throughout package’s support period
Mini Package

A great option for parents who feel confident to execute sleep plans consistently on their own, but just need a little help and support at the beginning.
3 days of support (sleep log, email, and schedule phone calls)
1-Week Package
$349
A week of support allows us to address things more thoroughly while you’re fully supported through every step of the process. This option gives us more time to tackle everything from short naps and overnight wakeups to early morning risings. We can dive deeper into your child’s unique sleep needs and make lasting changes. Most families see a significant improvement within a week of starting sleep training.
1 week of support (sleep log, email, and scheduled phone calls)
2-Week Package
$525
Sleep support at its finest. This is the best option for families who want support during the entire sleep training process for an entire two weeks while they work on everything from bedtimes, overnight wakeups, naps, and early mornings. Using a personalized sleep plan, parents will be supported through the process of teaching their children to fall asleep, and stay asleep, independently through the night and for naps.
2 weeks of support (sleep log, email, and scheduled phone calls)
Book a one-on-one phone call to get personalized answered to your sleep questions! Whether you have a few specific concerns or you’re a parent of a baby under 16 weeks who is not quite old enough for formal sleep training, this is a great option to get the guidance you need.
